One Very Busy Weekend!!

We had a great weekend full of just about everything. Some of our oldie, but goodie friends came to visit...Mr. Tankers and Jack's Aunt Jennifers. It had been way too long and it was really great to catch up and share some laughs. We also attended Campbell's fifth birthday party which is almost always at the "Pink Polka Dot Room" and is always very entertaining. After Campbell's big party, we moved on to Mary and Chris's baby shower. They are expecting twin boys in September! It was a fantastic party at her sisters' absolutely beautiful home. We had a great time celebrating all of these many life events! And of course, we are all in bed trying to recover now. : )

Summer Lovin!!

Jack has been having a great time this summer hanging out with his friends and family! Jack already has a crew of little buddies that he asks for constantly and we stay busy during the week doing whatever we can to tire these crazy kids out! We have gone to several outdoor concerts where Jack has had a blast chasing his "girlfriend" all over the lawn. We have been swimming like crazy either at the house or at the neighborhood waterpark. Jack has been getting more and more confident in the water. His favorite thing to do now is sit in the water up to his neck or fall down and splash himself. When I ask him who is splashing him he laughs and says "Jack!" They have a summer movie schedule for kids at the local movie theater and Jack has now gone to two movies. "Happy Feet" was his favorite! When you ask him what a penguin does, he says "dance" and will often follow it up with some moves of his own. Quite the character we have, I tell ya! Jack also started taking an art class this summer. It is quite amusing, not too mention messy. When we get home, Jason can usually tell what the "color of the day" was by looking at Jack's hair or my forehead! : )

Sarah & RoRo Come for a Visit

Sarah & Roanin were in town this week and as usual Sarah & I were at the mercy of our little munchkins. The boys spent their time running everywhere, peeing, eating, not sleeping long enough, dancing, swimming, pooping, throwing anything & everything, etc. Sarah and I spent our time chasing naked babies, chasing babies with clothes on, changing diapers, laughing uncontrollably, trying to take the perfect picture, eating whenever the perfect picture happened to present itself, shaking our heads in amazement, etc. We had a great time like we always do!!
