Santi Claus Time!!

Dear Santa,
Hi Santa!! How are you?? Is there a baby Rudolph in the snow? I've been a good boy, but I am going to try and do better at washing my hands. May I please have a toolbox and may I please have an army tank from the haircut place? And may I please have a remote control helicopter from the mall? May I have a race track of remote control cars (big or little)? And a big set of aliens? And a big airplane?
Have a great Christmas this year! And Happy New Year!
Love, Jack

Thank You Very Much,

Find Ur Place!

Since Jack is now a big, bad kindergartner and way interested in all things reading, writing, and artsy fartsy...I decided wouldn't it be cool if he made some personalized place cards for our Thanksgiving dinner table this year! Not surprisingly, he jumped at the idea!
I gave him minimal instructions...telling him that he should just draw something that reminds him of the person or of something special he likes to do with them.
He did such an excellent job...with only 1 itsy bitsy exception.
Let's see if you can figure out what that itsy bitsy thing might be!

Lil' Duck Slayers!

Jason and Scott decided that their big kindergarten boys were in major need of some good ol' father/son bonding and of course...the very best way for a father and son to bond  is to get up at 3:30 in the morning, slip into some comfy camo, and go shoot a whole bunch of birds! Duh. : )
By all accounts, the sweet lil' duck slayers had SO much fun and I'm pretty sure that the BIG duck slayers had one heck of a good time as well!
Happy hunting!
